Just one family? $29/year

Keep all four years, any number of kids

  • Verifiable official transcripts
  • Weighted & unweighted GPA
  • Course descriptions, drafted with help
  • No card to start

A record that lasts four years. Not a document you make once.

An AI chat can draft a transcript. It can't keep every family's courses and grades in one place from ninth grade on, do the GPA math the same way every time, or stand behind a document a college can check. That's what Yamoreh Co-op is for.

Spreadsheets per family

One shared record

Parents enter their own children's courses; co-op teachers grade their classes. Everyone sees only what's theirs.

GPA math by hand

One GPA engine

Weighted and unweighted, honors and AP, pass/fail and repeats: the same calculation on every screen and every transcript.

A PDF anyone could edit

A transcript you can verify

Each official transcript is locked, fingerprinted and carries a code. Colleges confirm it in seconds, without seeing grades.

Keep my family's records

Official transcripts are $15 each, paid by the parent only when they need one. Unofficial copies are always free.

Built to college privacy standards.

Yamoreh Co-op runs on Yamoreh, the records platform Bible colleges use. FERPA may not apply to your co-op; we keep FERPA-grade protections anyway.

  • Each co-op's records are walled off from every other's
  • Parents see and edit only their own children
  • Two-step sign-in for every account
  • Children don't need accounts: parents are the users
  • Course-description drafts never include a student's name
  • Export everything, any time, even on the free plan

Questions directors and parents ask

Is a homeschool transcript from Yamoreh Co-op “official”?

Yes, in the way homeschool transcripts are official: it's prepared from your co-op's records, signed by the parent as the homeschool administrator, versioned, and carries a code anyone can check at yamoreh.com/coop/verify. Colleges decide what they accept; most accept homeschool transcripts, often with course descriptions, which Yamoreh Co-op writes into a matching Course Description Book.

How much does it cost?

Co-ops with up to 5 families are free forever. Larger co-ops pay $99, $199 or $299 a year. A single family outside a co-op pays $29 a year. Official transcripts are $15 each, paid by the parent when they need one; unofficial copies are always free.

Do our students need accounts?

No. Parents keep the records, and co-op teachers enter grades for the classes they teach. A director can turn on read-only accounts for teens.

How is the GPA calculated?

Weighted and unweighted, by year and cumulative, on your co-op's grading scale. Honors adds 0.5 and AP or dual credit adds 1.0 by default (you can change both). Pass/fail courses earn credit without affecting GPA, a repeated course counts its higher grade, and results round to two decimals. The free calculator uses the exact same math.

Does it handle Texas homeschool rules?

Texas treats homeschools as private schools, so the parent issues the diploma and transcript. Yamoreh Co-op transcripts are signed by the parent as homeschool administrator, with the co-op shown as the organization that keeps the records, unless your co-op is itself a private school of record.

What happens if we stop paying?

Your co-op becomes read-only. Nobody loses their records: unofficial transcripts and a full export keep working, and official transcripts already issued stay valid at their verification links.
