Families pay $15 only when they need an official, verifiable transcript, and it includes the Course Description Book. Unofficial copies are always free. A co-op can cover them instead: 10 for $120.

What counts as a family?
A household with at least one active student. Families whose students have all graduated don't count toward your plan.
What happens when we pass 5 families?
Nothing stops. The sixth family can still join, and you'll see a prompt to move to the Co-op plan with 30 days to do it.
What if a payment fails or we cancel?
Your co-op becomes read-only. Everyone keeps their records, unofficial transcripts and a full export keep working, and official transcripts already issued stay valid.
Can we pay by check?
Growing and Large plans can choose to be invoiced instead of paying by card.
Who gets the $15 transcript fee?
Yamoreh, to run verification and keep issued transcripts available for good. Your co-op can choose to cover transcripts for its families.
