For Bible colleges and church Bible schools
Run your Bible college in one place.
Admissions, student records, registration, classes, grades and transcripts in one system, built for a school where the registrar may also teach Romans on Tuesday.
Everything the school runs on
Your website and apply form
Your school's own site, edited in place, with an application that lands in the office ready to review.
One record per student
Enrollment, contacts, documents, grades and attendance together, and each role sees only its part.
Terms and registration
Build the term once, roll courses into the next one without retyping dates, and let students register with prerequisites and waitlists.
Classes online and in the room
Modules, readings, assignments, discussions and quizzes, with attendance taken in a minute and a gradebook that adds itself up.
Degree plans and transcripts
Programs and degree plans students can follow, final grades that post once, and official transcripts as PDFs.
Reports for the board
Enrollment, attendance, grades and who did what, for the people who lead the school.
Made for how a Bible college runs
Small schools aren't small universities. They need fewer screens, plainer words and less to look after.
- Run by a small staff
- Often a registrar who also teaches, or a volunteer. Everything is in one place, written plainly, with nothing to install or maintain.
- Students on their phones
- Every page works on a phone: what's due, grades week by week, turning work in.
- Work on paper
- Instructors can photograph handwritten work, and an optional AI reader turns it into text to grade from. It is off unless the school turns it on.
- One person grading many classes
- A single queue of everything waiting across every class, and a whole class graded on one screen.
From church Bible school to accredited college
Step 1
Start
A church launches its Bible school: a handful of courses, an apply form on the website, students in class within weeks.
Step 2
Grow
More programs, more instructors, degree plans and transcripts that students take to their next school or ministry.
Step 3
Seek accreditation
Clean records already kept: enrollment, attendance, grades, course outcomes, transcripts and a log of who looked at each record.
Questions Bible colleges ask
Can a church run its Bible school in Yamoreh?
Yes. Yamoreh is built for small schools, including Bible schools run by a church. The school gets its own website address, its own records and its own people, kept apart from every other school.
Do we need to be accredited?
No. Unaccredited Bible schools, institutes and schools of ministry use the same product. If you go after accreditation later, your records are already kept the way reviewers expect to see them.
Does it replace Google Classroom or a course platform?
Yes. Classes, assignments, grades and attendance live in Yamoreh alongside student records, admissions and transcripts, so there's no separate system to keep in sync.
Can we issue transcripts?
Yes. Final grades post to each student's record and print as an official transcript PDF.
What does it cost?
One flat monthly price by enrollment band, from $249 a month for schools under 50 students. The first 10 schools pay 40% less for 3 years.
Does Yamoreh handle financial aid?
No. Yamoreh does not package or disburse federal financial aid. Most church Bible schools don't need it; colleges that do keep aid where it is.
Founding schools pay 40% less for 3 years. 10 places.
