1The service
Yamoreh provides a hosted workspace for a school’s records, registration, teaching, advising, reporting, messaging and public site, at an address of the school’s choosing. Every module is included in every plan.
2Accounts
A school designates administrators, who invite everyone else. Each person is responsible for their own credentials and second factor. The school is responsible for the roles it grants.
3The school’s data
The school owns its data. Yamoreh processes it only to provide the service and as described in the privacy policy. The school can export everything at any time and can ask for its workspace to be deleted.
4Price and term
Plans are priced flat by enrollment band, as listed on the pricing page, with every module included. A school pays either monthly in advance, and can cancel at the end of any month, or yearly in advance, at the price of ten months for twelve. A yearly plan runs to the end of the year it was paid for; unused months are not refunded. A one-time onboarding fee covers migration and setup and is quoted before work begins. A school that joins on founding terms keeps the price and term set out in its order. When enrollment crosses into another band, the price changes at the next billing period and the school is told before it does.
5What we promise
To run the service with reasonable care and skill; to protect the school’s data as described on the security page; to tell the school of any incident affecting its data without undue delay; and to give at least thirty days’ notice of any change to these terms or to price.
6What we ask
Use the service lawfully and for the school’s purposes; do not attempt to reach another school’s data or to defeat a security control; keep your accounts to yourself.
7Availability
We aim for the service to be available at all times and publish whether each part is up on the status page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled outside school hours where possible.
8Liability
To the extent the law allows, Yamoreh’s liability to a school in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid by that school in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for what cannot be limited by law.
9Ending
Either party may end the agreement at the end of any month, or, on a yearly plan, at the end of the paid year. The school’s data is available for export for thirty days after, and then deleted.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved in its courts.
