Switching to Yamoreh
We move your records in with you.
Send us what you have, in whatever shape it's in. We bring it across, you check every number before anything goes live, and students keep every grade they've earned.
How a move works
Step 1
Gather
You export what you have, or photograph what's on paper, using the checklist. Nothing has to be cleaned up first.
Step 2
Map
We match your columns and codes to Yamoreh: students, programs, courses, terms and grades.
Step 3
Check
You get a check report before anything goes live: what came across, what didn't match, and every duplicate we found.
Step 4
Load
Once you approve it, we load the records. Until anyone is invited, a load can be taken back out and redone.
Step 5
Invite
Faculty and students are invited only after your office says the records are right.

Questions before you switch
Do we have to clean up our records first?
No. Send them as they are. Finding duplicates, mismatched course codes and missing fields is part of the move, and every problem shows up in the check report before anything goes live.
Will students lose their past grades?
No. Past courses and grades come across onto each student's record, so transcripts print complete. Scans of old paper transcripts are kept on the record too.
How long does it take?
Mostly it depends on how tidy the records are and how far back they go. We agree a go-live date with you at the start, usually timed to the start of a term.
Can we keep our old system for a while?
Yes, and we recommend it. Keep access to it for one term and stop entering new work there, so anyone can look something up while everyone settles in.
What does it cost?
Moving your records in is covered by a one-time onboarding fee alongside the monthly price. Founding schools pay no onboarding fee.
How are our files kept safe while they move?
Records travel through a private shared folder we set up with you, never as email attachments. Only the people doing your move can open it, and the files are deleted once you've confirmed the move is complete.
Founding schools pay no onboarding fee: we move you in, and you pay 40% less for 3 years.
