Yamoreh for K-12 · arriving spring 2027

Run your Christian school in one place.

Student records, a portal for parents, report cards, attendance and classes in one system, for a school where the office manager also runs carpool.

Coming for K-12

Built around the school day

  • A portal for parents

Parents sign in to see each of their children: grades, what's due, attendance and notes from teachers, with one account for the whole family.

  • Report cards

Quarter and semester report cards from the gradebook, with comments, letter or standards-based marks, published to families when the office is ready.

  • Daily attendance

Teachers take attendance by class; the office sees one picture of who is at school today, late or out, and why.

  • Quarters and grade levels

A school year set up as quarters or trimesters, students by grade, and the words a K-12 school uses: teachers, classes, grades.

  • Messages to families

Notices and calendar events sent to the families of a class, a grade or the whole school, and two-way messages with teachers.

  • Enrollment and re-enrollment

Applications with a parent section and consent, and returning families re-enrolling each spring in a few minutes.

Already in Yamoreh

Bible colleges run on these today. A K-12 school can use them now and add the rest as it arrives.

  • One record per student, with family and emergency contacts
  • An online application with a parent section and consent for students under 18
  • Classes, assignments, quizzes and a gradebook that adds itself up
  • An inbox for staff and students, and announcements
  • Your school's own website, edited in place
  • Directory holds and a log of who viewed each record

Not in K-12 when it opens

Said now, so no school finds out late. Keep what you use for these.

  • Tuition billing and payments
  • Lunch accounts
  • Bus routes
  • State reporting
  • Health and immunization records

How it gets to your school

  1. Now

    The list

Schools tell us what they teach and what they need first. That decides what is built first.

  2. Before it opens

    Pilot schools

A few schools from the list use K-12 early, with us on call, and help shape it.

  3. Spring 2027

    K-12 opens

Schools on the list hear first and get the first places.

Questions K‑12 schools ask

When can our school use it?

K-12 opens to schools in spring 2027. Pilot schools from the list start before that. Student records, admissions and classes work today, if you'd like to start early without the parent portal and report cards.

What will it cost?

K-12 will be priced like the rest of Yamoreh: one flat monthly price by enrollment, every part included, with nothing charged per student. Prices are set before it opens, and schools on the list hear them first.

Is it only for Christian schools?

It is built first for small Christian and private schools: one office, teachers who do several jobs, families who want to see how their children are doing. Any small K-12 school is welcome on the list.

How are children's records kept?

Student records follow FERPA: each person sees only their part, directory information can be held back, and every look at a record is logged. Before K-12 opens we'll publish exactly how accounts work for children under 13.

We run a Bible college and a K-12 school. Can we use one system?

That's the aim. Tell us in the form, and we'll talk about running both.
