Why flat beats per student
Per-student pricing means every new student raises your bill, and a price increase on the per-student fee hits every student at once. A flat band means a growing school keeps what it grows. See how it compares with Populi
Pricing questions
What counts as a student?
Students enrolled in a class this term. Applicants, alumni and students between terms don't count toward your band.
What happens when we grow into the next band?
Your price moves to the next band, and we tell you before it does. It never changes per student, so adding ten students inside a band costs nothing.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay month to month and stop when you like, or pay for the year and get two months free.
What is the founding-school offer?
The first 10 schools to join pay 40% less than the listed price, locked for 3 years, and pay no onboarding fee. When those places are gone, the offer ends.
What does onboarding cover?
Moving your records in with us: students, courses, past grades and transcripts. It's a one-time fee alongside the monthly price; founding schools pay none.
Do you offer a ministry discount?
The price is already set for ministries and small colleges, and it's the same for every school. The founding-school offer is the one discount.
Is anything an add-on?
No. Every band includes every module, every user and every campus your band covers. Faculty, staff and students don't count as seats.
How does tuition billing work?
Outside Yamoreh. Yamoreh doesn't send tuition bills or take payments, so your business office keeps the tool it uses now, such as QuickBooks or an online payment form. What billing needs to know (who is enrolled, in which classes, for how many credits) is kept on each student's record in Yamoreh.
Do you provide a .edu domain?
No. Yamoreh hosts your school's public website, application and sign-in on a domain you already own, such as yourschool.org, or on yourschool.yamoreh.com until you have one. Yamoreh doesn't issue domains. A .edu domain comes only from EDUCAUSE, for accredited institutions; if your school has one, Yamoreh can run on it.
Does school email replace Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
No, it works alongside them. Yamoreh doesn't host staff mailboxes. It sends your school's own emails, such as application updates and acceptance letters, in your school's name, and students, faculty and staff message each other in Yamoreh's Inbox. Your staff keep the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mail they use now.
